Promotion, Commerce and Investment Agency (APCI), is a São Tome and Principe State Institution dedicated to, among others, establishing and facilitating dialogue between the public and private sector, with a view to improving the business environment, promoting São Tomé and Príncipe as the best destination for investment and international promotion of products “made in São Tomé and Príncipe”.
